Since we are a small company we take a very hands-on approach, which contributes to our high level of customer satisfaction for both owners and tenants.

Below are some of the advantages to using Sunshine Property Management.

• We charge a 10% property management fee.
• We collect rent each month in person to maintain awareness of your property.
• We pay all bills requested, such as water, and association fees.
• We handle all communications with the tenant.
• We complete all lease and disclosure paperwork.
• We send monthly and annual statements to owners, detailing all income and expenses.
• We provide credit and criminal background checks on all prospective tenants.
• We show all properties in person. We do not give keys to prospective tenants and send them out to look on their own.
